What Are Coupons?

Coupons are promotional codes that grant free credits when redeemed. They're occasionally distributed through Zero's official channels, community events, or partnerships.

How to Redeem a Coupon

Step 1: Connect Your NEAR Wallet

Ensure your NEAR wallet is connected to Zero. Coupons are redeemed to your connected wallet address.

Step 2: Access Coupon Redemption

Click on your credit balance in the top-right corner, then select "Redeem Coupon" or "Enter Promo Code."

Step 3: Enter the Coupon Code

Coupon codes are 12 characters long. Type or paste the code exactly as provided. Codes are case-sensitive.

Step 4: Confirm Redemption

Click "Redeem" to apply the coupon. Zero will validate the code and add credits to your balance if the code is valid and unused.

One-Time Use: Most coupons can only be redeemed once per wallet address. Attempting to use the same code twice will fail.

Coupon Validity

Coupons may have expiration dates or usage limits. If a coupon code doesn't work, it may have expired or reached its maximum number of redemptions.

Official Channels Only: Only redeem coupons from Zero's official communications. Be cautious of fake coupons or phishing attempts.
