AI Conversation Privacy
Zero's AI conversations are protected by TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) isolation. Your queries are processed in hardware-secured enclaves, ensuring no one—including Zero operators—can access conversation content.
TEE-Protected Processing
All AI processing occurs inside Trusted Execution Environments:
- Hardware Isolation: CPU-level protection prevents unauthorized memory access
- Encrypted Memory: Conversation data is encrypted at the hardware level
- Code Attestation: Cryptographic proof that only verified code runs in the TEE
- Operator Blind: Even system administrators cannot inspect TEE memory
Verifiable Security: Zero publishes TEE attestation reports proving AI processing occurs in genuine secure enclaves.
What Gets Logged (and What Doesn't)
NOT Logged
- Your AI queries or questions
- AI responses or generated content
- Conversation context or history
- Code you share for review
- Personal information mentioned in conversations
Minimal Metadata (Aggregated Only)
- Total credits consumed (not specific queries)
- Aggregate usage statistics (not individual patterns)
- Error rates and performance metrics
Metadata is anonymized and aggregated across all users. Zero cannot correlate metadata to specific conversations.
Session-Based Conversations
AI conversation history exists only during your active session:
- In Your Browser: Full conversation stored in browser memory
- In TEE: Temporary processing during active queries
- Nowhere Else: No server-side conversation database
When you destroy your session or close Zero, conversations are permanently deleted.
No Recovery: Once destroyed, AI conversations cannot be recovered. There's no backup or archive.
AI Model Training
Your conversations are NEVER used to train AI models:
- No conversation data is retained for training purposes
- Models are updated independently of user interactions
- Your queries don't improve the AI for other users
- Zero's models have access to publicly available datasets, but are NOT trained on your conversations
Privacy Best Practices
- Don't Share Secrets: Never type private keys, passwords, or confidential data
- Destroy After Sensitive Chats: Click "Destroy" after discussing private topics
- Use Incognito Mode: Prevents local browser history persistence
- Avoid Personal Information: Don't include names, addresses, or identifying details unless necessary

Privacy-First AI: Zero treats AI privacy as seriously as search privacy. Your conversations are yours alone.
